Gosh no! Most bathrooms are too small to set up as a quilting space but most of them are just the right size for a small quilt or two on the walls. Okay, I must confess I am running out of room on the rest of the walls in the house for hanging quilts.
So here is finished quilt #2 for 2013.
This one languished for a whole year and was low on the priority list. It was an expermental one done in four sections. One of my favorite quilting blogs is www.thequiltingedge.com and gets followed regularly. Her work has fasinated me for a long time. But when I saw where she was going with her top stitching it all fell into place. Circles are the "IN" for top stitching modern quilts. They are fast, easy, and addicting and you can do them on your little old sewing machine!
If you want to see this one first hand then you will need to come on over and tour the downstairs bathroom!
Happy Finishes!

Family Time
Family time is the best of times! And pictures of family time is the next best thing...when you remember to charge the battery in the camera, or remember to take the camera out.
Bill and I had a couple of fun days with JD, Kelly, and Makenna in Las Vegas. We stopped by for a long over due visit on our way to St. George, Utah for Bill's sister's memorial.
Outdoor time with sun! From bikes to mini motor cycles.
Missing - Kelly, Scurvy, and Grandma.....
Thanks JD, Kelly, Makenna, and Scurvy for a short but sweet time.
